How to make a booking

1. Quote
When we receive a booking request, we collect information about music preferences, size of the event, playing time, etc. This is to quickly return with a quote.
(Please note that the quote and advice are free of charge and not binding for you as a customer).
2. Reservation
After you have approved the project description and quote, the current date for the event is booked and reserved.
3. Planning
Now we continue to discuss the details of the event. Music preferences, arrangements of your chosen songs, whether mingle music is desired - how you want the feel and genre to be. We also map out the physical location where we will play, in order to be able to plan which equipment will be optimal for your event.
4. Mission
On the day of the event, we leave with a margin of 1-2 hours to unpack equipment & soundcheck.
After the assignment is completed, an invoice from Yngve Hilding Music, approved for F-tax, is sent with a 30-day payment deadline.
